Election 2010
Today, Massachusetts voted in favor of incumbent Governor, Deval Patrick. I could not be more pleased. Finally, an end to the Scott Brown days which we all knew were short lived. MA voters actually denied GOP contenders many shots at a victory, which for the most part, will be a good thing in the future. However, the job cannot end with a victory today. Governor Patrick and his administration must capitalize on the ideas that they pushed to make sure that Massachusetts stays on the right track. Its time to improve schools, test scores, funding for student jobs, protect our companies, and above all make sure that MA consumers always have the best public services available. With this historic win, MA voters decided to continue giving change a chance. Good luck to Deval and the rest of the Democrats who prevailed in this fierce midterm election. To the losers, continue to work for the betterment of the citizens of the commonwealth in your own ways.
